Lead 101 is designed to help believers understand the basics of leading people effectively in the local church context. This course gives special attention to empowering people to lead groups and teams successfully. This course builds off of Essentials, which consists of the basics of Christian discipleship. This is a part of our Develop lane within our discipleship pathway. The goal is for each person to become a more effective servant leader, particularly in leading groups and teams.
